Every dish is a blend of Bali’s bountiful, fresh local produce, with a twist of Westernism as a playful ode to the island’s vibrant culture, intended to tickle your taste buds.

To order your first breakfast before you arrive, you’ll select your choices from the below and send your housekeeper, Dayu, an email (which we’ll share with you one week before your arrival)

Sunrise Sips

  • Freshly Squeezed Bali OJ: Straight from the local ‘Jeruk’ groves, these oranges are as sunny as the Bali sky!
  • Brewed Tea (brand): Indulge in teas infused with local herbs and flowers xxx
  • Organic Plunger Coffee using Bali’s renowned coffee (brand) – an eruption of flavor like the island’s own Mount Agung!

Island Wonders

  • Granola c/w Coconut Yoghurt: Our granola takes a morning dip in local ‘kelapa’ (coconut) yoghurt, and dances to breakfast with some local Balinese cut fruit
  • Overnight oats c/w Tropical Mix: Soaked in the spirit of Bali with peanut butter, pepitas, island bananas, and a splash of oat milk
  • Bali Banana Pancakes: Infused with bananas from the island’s lush plantations, topped with (real) maple syrup, and finished with a sprinkling of Balinese ‘kecintaan’ (love)!
  • Aussie Avo Smash (on Sourdough): Avocado so fresh, it’s like it was picked from the sacred trees of Tegalalang this morning!
  • Melati Mushrooms Magic (on Sourdough): Sauteed local fungi, a nod to Bali’s rich forest floor

Bali Basics

  • Spread the Island Joy: Sourdough paired with local Bali’s Bee Juice [honey] or a lottery of local jams
  • Cut Fruit: A colorful medley of Bali’s best – ‘mangga,’ ‘papaya,’ and more, blessed by the island’s gods!

Eggstravagant Adventures

  • Boiled with Soldiers: A tribute to the time-honored tradition of morning egg rituals in Balinese households!
  • Poached à la Bali: Eggs gently poached like the morning sun over Ubud’s rice terraces.
  • Omelette with a Balinese Twist: Packed with cherry tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and fresh herbs from the local markets.
